Large international firm seeking to hire a 3rd - 5th year associate to join national housing tax credit practice. The position will assist in partnering with the firm's clients to structure their present and future tax credit transactions. The ideal candidate will have transactional experience working with the low-income housing tax credit program. The successful candidate will work primarily with our Low Income Housing Tax Credit team focusing on community development and revitalization, particularly on structuring and closing investments that use tax credit incentives as a means of financing projects in underserved communities across the country. Knowledge of real estate finance, government incentive programs, partnerships and limited liability companies, and an aptitude for analyzing financial projections are a plus. Real estate transactional experience is welcomed but not required.
