Premier Nasdaq biopharmaceutical company seeks 7 + year attorney for a new role working on a wide range of matters, including supporting the company’s pre-clinical and clinical business development, technical operations, and research and development groups, leading the negotiation of a wide range of agreements (license, collaboration, MTA’s, CTA’s, sponsored research agreements), assisting in supporting other business activities, such as SEC filings, M&A, securities offerings and financings, as well as HR, corporate governance and compliance matters.
