Leading Cambridge-based NASDAQ biotechnology company seeks 8+ year industry-experienced attorney to advance the company’s efforts in regard to the full array of life science commercial and technology-related contracts, including research agreements, technology licenses, manufacture and supply agreements, distribution and commercialization agreements, and government contracts.  The successful candidate will also support public company reporting obligations and internal business partners by interpreting complex contractual terms, providing risk assessments and recommendations, and negotiating and closing agreements with third parties.  The Associate GC will assume a key role within the legal and business operations of this high-growth, fast moving platform-based biotechnology company.
