Premier global, publicly traded biotechnology company is seeking a 5+ year transactional attorney with industry experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating complex licensing, collaboration and strategic transactions. The successful candidate will support the company’s strategic business development initiatives including discovery, development and/or commercial-stage collaborations, in-bound and out-bound license agreements, M&A, joint venture, supply, manufacturing, distribution, quality, and safety agreements and ongoing alliance.
