Large well-established firm seeks 3rd - 4th year associate to join the Transactions Practice Group in their thriving Boston office. Qualified candidate must have very strong document drafting, negotiating, and interpersonal skills, and will have experience in venture capital; mergers and acquisitions; equity investments; venture financings; portfolio company investments; and the organization, development and financing of early stage companies.
