Large international firm is seeking an associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join their Technology Transactions Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in technology transactions, with an emphasis on intellectual property licensing and technology commercialization. The candidate should have substantive experience with drafting and negotiating licensing agreements preferred, including agreements involving SaaS and similar business models, software and content licensing, partnering and distribution, hosting, Web-based services, technology development, services agreements, and technology transfer relationships, as well as providing specialist support for M&A and financing transactions.
