National firm seeks 3+ year corporate associate with general transactional experience in one or more of the following areas: Private Funds, Venture Capital and Emerging Companies, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Debt Financing. Although not required, experience in the Life Sciences or Technology industries would be helpful. Fluency in a language in addition to English would also be a plus.
