Large national firm seeks 3rd - 5th year transactional associate to join their corporate group. Experience in corporate finance, M&A or asset management strongly preferred. Corporate finance experience should include representing issuers and investment banks in public and private offerings of securities and advising on corporate governance matters, with life sciences or technology sector experience a plus. M&A experience should include representing private equity funds and public and private companies in acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. Asset Management experience should include representing registered investment advisers and BDCs or other 1940 Act-regulated companies.
