Large national firm is seeking a 3rd - 6th year associate to work on matters representing lenders, private equity and institutional investors and corporate clients in a wide-range of asset-based and cash-flow financing transactions, junior capital investments, restructurings, and bankruptcy matters. Significant experience working on the transactional aspects of complex finance matters is strongly preferred. Large firm experience preferred.
