Boston-based national firm seeks 2nd – 5th year associate to join the Corporate group in its Boston office. Candidates must have experience working directly with clients and managing substantial components of a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. The group represents hedge funds, middle market companies, portfolio companies of private equity and hedge funds, and both public and private clients. The ideal candidate will have sophisticated experience with life sciences clients and cross-border transactions. Work includes mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate governance and securities.
