Collegial well-known firm seeks a 3rd - 7th year associate to join its dynamic Finance group in Boston. Work includes representing financial institutions and borrowers in sophisticated debt finance transactions, including asset-based, cash flow, mezzanine, high-yield debt and debtor-in-possession transactions. Additional experience with out-of-court work-outs and restructurings is a plus. Candidate will also support general corporate and M&A practices.
