Large Boston-based firm is seeking a 3rd to 5th year finance associate to join their growing securitization practice. Specific experience representing asset managers, issuers and/or financial institutions on collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions, other loan securitizations and trade receivables securitizations would be a plus.
