Large Boston-based firm is seeking a 2nd to 5th year associate with sophisticated experience in leveraged financing transactions. Candidates must have solid experience representing private equity firms or banks providing financing to private equity firms in debt financing transactions. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of credit agreements, high yield bond indentures, bridge facilities, commitment letters and term sheets, security and guarantee agreements and intercreditor and subordination agreements.
