Large Boston based firm is seeking a 3+ year associate to work primarily on the labor and employment aspects of corporate transactions. This attorney will perform L&E due diligence on corporate transactions and draft and negotiate purchase agreements, employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, retention agreements, separation agreements, and the L&E provisions of other agreements in corporate deals. In addition, this attorney may spend a portion of his or her time on advice and counseling, executive compensation matters, traditional labor work, employment litigation and training. A flexible schedule is welcome, subject to client needs.
