It is a dynamic practice that concentrates on corporate transactions for cutting-edge high growth, life sciences, healthcare and technology companies in the U.S., Asia, and throughout the world. This includes working with venture backed private and public companies through a range of transactions including equity financing, IPOs, M&A and corporate governance.
If you have experience with venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and private and public offerings of securities, please do get in touch. Experience working with life sciences companies preferred.
