The Litigation department of the Boston office seeks a skilled and highly qualified associate with 1 to 5 years of pharmaceutical patent litigation experience, including Hatch-Waxman, biologics, or biotechnology patent litigation. Advanced degree a plus, with preferred undergraduate and/or graduate training in molecular biology, chemical biology, pharmacology, immunology, biochemistry, structural biology, virology, or related field.
