Well established Boston-based firm is currently seeking a 1st - 3rd year IP associate with a strong technical background in chemistry. Some experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications and conducting IP due diligence and FTO analyses is required. Advanced degree required (PhD preferred; will consider an MS with substantial industry experience). Registration with the USPTO required; prior firm experience preferred.
