Boston-based international firm seeking a 3rd - 4th year experienced patent prosecution and counseling associate for their medical technologies and mechanical systems practices with a B.S. in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering or chemical engineering. Responsibilities include handling a variety of patent projects, including patent drafting, prosecution, post grant proceedings, opinions, litigation support and due diligence. USPTO admission is preferred but not required.
