Global Nasdaq medical technology leader seeks 8+ year M&A specialist with major law firm training for lead role on all M&A and other BD transactions. As a key member of the leadership team, this role will partner with the Vice President, Corporate Business Development to lead M&A transactions from inception to closing and working effectively with Business Development, Corporate and Divisional Finance and Divisional Legal teams. Will be primarily dedicated to M&A activity with responsibility for the negotiation, execution and all requisite legal support for strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, licenses, alliances and collaborations, joint ventures and other complex, high-value and high-profile transactions, and in addition, will provide legal support as needed to the Corporate Secretary’s group in securities and corporate governance matters.
