Large Boston based firm is seeking a seasoned finance lawyer with not less than 10 years of large firm transactional experience and an equity partner skill set to lead its borrower-side finance team, principally partnering with our nationally-recognized private equity group to represent middle market private equity fund sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with acquisition financings, refinancing, recapitalizations, restructurings and other interactions with lenders. The ideal candidate would have significant experience representing borrowers and issuers of large syndicated credit facilities, have a deep knowledge of current market terms and trends and familiarity with various debt structures (first lien, second lien, mezz, unitranche, cash flow, ABL, etc.).
