The State of Connecticut, Department of Agriculture (DOAG) is seeking qualified applicants to serve as contracted Impartial Hearing Officers for matters pertaining, but not limited to, animal quarantine, restraint and disposal orders, cease and desist orders, embargo orders, license/permit suspension, denial or revocation and administrative civil penalties, and other proceedings pursuant to the Uniform Administrative Procedure Act (UAPA).
Applicants must have experience with administrative hearings and contested cases under the UAPA.
