 Our client’s Washington, D.C. office has an immediate opening in its Technology & Privacy Group for an associate with 2-4 years' experience.  The optimal candidate will have experience with drafting and negotiating inbound and outbound commercial transactions focusing on technology and intellectual property as well as privacy and data impacts on technology transactions. Experience with outsourcing transactions and diligence of technology, privacy, and data rights in support of mergers and acquisitions a bonus.
