Outstanding DC litigation boutique seeks a 1-3 year associate for a very busy practice. Firm will accept candidates who are currently practicing with a highly regarded law firm or currently serving in a judicial clerkship for a Federal Court or highest State Court.
Firm represents plaintiffs (individuals and companies) in complex litigation. Must have excellent academic credentials and litigation experience (not just investigations experience). Firm is known for its extremely positive culture and mentoring. It is also known for giving associates substantial hands-on work.  Cases are leanly staffed and associates are expected to make decisions and think creatively. Firm also values excellent writing skills.
This firm pays top compensation and has a realistic and defined partnership track. We have placed several associates at this firm and the feedback has been very positive. Hours are reasonable.
