Rare & Unpublished Position: Noted Boutique Seeks Mid-Level Litigator for Antitrust/Whistleblower Focused Practice

Our client, a nationally recognized Antitrust and Litigation specialty firm, has asked us to recruit an accomplished mid-level litigator (class of 2015-2017) who is interested in “retooling” (if necessary) to focus on antitrust litigation, fascinating whistleblower cases (FCA experience would be ideal), and small commercial litigation cases (offering associates front-line experience).
Our client will provide immediate and meaningful experience with "above the fold" headline grabbing matters.  The practice is a mix of plaintiff and defense side work, and clients (many of which are Fortune 500’s) are typically in the electronic payments/financial services, health care, pharmaceutical, technology and media industry sectors.
Intense partner interaction along with steady client contact will foster skill development resulting in assignments that correlate with capability and merit vs. rigid adherence to a more traditional (and frequently cumbersome) Big Law firm structure.
The firm’s growing, 15+ attorney Washington office also offers a balanced professional-personal work environment along with realistic partnership prospects.
Although these are unusual times, this firm is extremely busy.
Please note that the compensation is along the lines of similar boutiques, but a pay cut from the traditional Big Law scale.
