The Miami boutique firm of Henkel & Cohen seeks an experienced business litigator for a unique partnership opportunity. Since 2011, Henkel & Cohen has represented an ever-expanding clientele in the primary practice areas of commercial litigation, general business\contract, trademark and copyright, and the U.S. fresh produce industry.
The firm is expanding by adding a junior partner\senior associate to handle South Florida state and Federal lawsuits. No portable book of business is required.
A junior equity partnership position is available in exchange for sweat equity and dedication to the firm. Mandatory qualifications are excellent writing skills, no less than 8 years of active experience litigating commercial and business disputes, a strong work ethic, top 25% of law school class or former Federal district court judicial clerk and a strong desire to succeed.
