Cutting-edge, publicly traded biotechnology company seeks 1+ contracts counsels for growing legal team.  Candidates must have 4+ years of experience working in a major law firm, with an emphasis on life sciences agreements.  Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing a high volume of commercial and pharma-related contracts (i.e., manufacturing, distribution, licensing, research collaboration, supply chain and pre-clinical agreements) is required. Familiarity with biotechnology required, and exposure to synthetic biology is a plus.  Strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in the life sciences, with a B.S., M.S. or PH.D. in molecular biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or related fields.
