Margolis Edelstein is seeking an ambitious associate attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience for its Wilmington, DE office to join our defense litigation practice group. Candidate must be organized, dedicated, responsible and detail-oriented with excellent writing skills. 
Additionally, candidates should have strong litigation skills and be persuasive in court as they will responsible for handling casualty, defense, and employment litigation matters.
