Our Client’s New York office is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join their Tax group. The group focuses on a variety of mid-cap private M&A and corporate transactions primarily for investment fund clients (private equity funds and hedge funds). They do a variety of transaction work, including private equity M&A deal work, financing transactions secured by pharmaceutical royalties, JV and strategic alliance transactions, and restructuring and other corporate transactions for investment funds.
