You will work on a variety of matters with an emphasis on breaches of contract, royalty claims, ownership and infringement of soft intellectual property, and appeals.  This is an opportunity to hone your litigation skills by taking depositions, arguing motions, and going to trial.  Credentials to be considered at this firm are stringent – Top 25 law school and prior BigLaw experience required.
