Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm is looking to fill two positions in its Technology Transactions and Data Security practice group.  Candidates should have 3+ years direct experience in either or both:
 

Data security and privacy compliance counseling and incident response under US state and federal law familiarity with the GDPR, among other international jurisdictions preferred; and

Outsourcing and technology, primarily information technology, transactions including large deals for mission critical systems or business processes.

 
Superior writing/drafting skills required.  Preference given to candidates with experience in the financial services sector. The available roles are:
 

Staff Attorney - this is a non-partner track position that allows for work life balance while still handling sophisticated international matters for Fortune 100 clients.

Associate Attorney – this is a standard-track associate position in a demanding, client-service oriented practice. 

 
These positions will report to a Partner in our Connecticut offices, but candidates located anywhere in the Eastern Time Zone will be considered. All candidates must be licensed in their state of residence. We offer competitive compensation with a full benefits package.
