US Tax Associate, 4-7 years, US International Law Firm, New York or Washington, D.C.
 
Our Client’s tax team seeks candidates with 4-7 years of broad transactional tax experience.
Candidates should have experience in federal income taxation of corporations and partnerships, as well as experience providing tax advice for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and public and private financing transactions. 
 An LL.M. in taxation is preferred but not required. The associate is to be based in either the New York or the Washington, D.C. office and will work with partners and associates throughout the firm.
