US Leveraged Finance Associate, 4-7 years, US International Law Firm, New York, NY.
 Our Client’s New York office is seeking an associate with 4+ years of Leveraged Finance experience to join their nationally ranked Global Finance practice.
The candidate should have experience representing borrowers, lenders, private equity sponsors and/or agents in a full range of finance transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, dividend and other recapitalizations, and restructuring and reorganizations. 
Experience in middle market lending and representing alternative financiers, including business development companies (BDCs), hedge funds and other non-bank lenders is strongly preferred.
 
Admission to the New York Bar is ideal, but not required.
