Insurance defense firm celebrating its 50th Anniversary seeking motivated, career track attorney with 2-4 years litigation experience. The ideal candidate should have general litigation experience in employment labor law matters such as counseling and litigation, defense of discrimination claims, responding to EEOC and FCHR charges of discrimination, DOL audits, defense of wage and hour claims and other employment law related matters. Candidate should have experience in preparing motions, attending depositions and court appearances.
Experience in both state and federal courts is strongly preferred. Excellent career opportunity with competitive salary and benefits offered. One week paid vacation and 3 sick days after 90 day probationary period
Excellent academic credentials with proven skills in writing, analysis, research, negotiation and client interaction. Ability to handle a high volume of cases and manage deadlines.
