Our close client, a powerhouse AmLaw and Global 100 firm, is seeking to hire a Senior Associate to join the Healthcare/FDA practice in their Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of healthcare experience, as well as expertise in a variety of regulatory and compliance matters, including third party payor audits and reimbursements, licensure and enrollment, government investigations, and federal and state fraud and abuse matters. Experience with healthcare M&A transactions and due diligence is preferred. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The firm requires strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
