Established 30 year old plaintiff law firm seekingan associate attorney with an interest in litigationto work on toxic tort cases. The ideal candidateshould have experience and/or litigation training.The position requires taking/defending depositions(which includes traveling), managing a docket ofat least 50 cases, ability to litigate in federal court,and manage all aspects of a case from the postcomplaint phase through trial.Preference if admitted in Florida federal districtcourt(s) but not required.
