Established 30 year old plaintiff law firm seeking an associate attorney with an interest in litigation to work on toxic tort cases. The ideal candidate should have experience and/or litigation training. 
The position requires taking/defending depositions (which includes traveling), managing a docket of at least 50 cases, ability to litigate in federal court,and manage all aspects of a case from the postcomplaint phase through trial.Preference if admitted in Florida federal district court(s) but not required.
