Shipman & Goodwin LLP is seeking a tax attorney with four to eight years of experience in federal and state income tax law to join our Tax & Employee Benefits practice in our Hartford or Stamford office. Experience with partnership tax, taxation of mergers and acquisitions and state tax controversy work is preferred. Prior mid to large law firm experience, accounting background, Tax LL.M. and/or clerkship with the U.S. Tax Court are desirable. Top academic credentials and excellent written and interpersonal skills are required.
