The Law Offices of Gary Martin Hays & Associates, P.C., is seeking a highly motivated, associate attorney to join our Personal Injury Team.  Personal Injury experience is preferred, but not required, however the successful candidate must possess strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills. 
 
 Position Responsibilities:
 

Learn, understand and execute the firm’s personal injury case management process and procedures according to written and/or verbal instructions.
Manage a portfolio of personal injury cases, through the use of a variety of the case management programs and procedures.
Ensuring the rights of the client as well as the professional integrity of the firm are preserved and maintained through professional expert representation in court or before government agencies.
Prepare legal documents and negotiate settlements on behalf of injured clients.
Comply with all legal standards and regulations related to the practice of workers’ compensation law.

Candidate must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.
