We are seeking an attorney to join our commercial finance practice in our Stamford office. Candidates should have a minimum of ten years of experience in a law firm setting, including significant experience with lending transactions, loan restructurings, and the purchase and sale of existing loans. Experience with the structuring, negotiation and closing of the following transactions is preferred: senior credit facilities; revolving loans; asset-based lending; financings secured by real estate; acquisition and project financing; mezzanine financing; inter-creditor and subordination agreements; and modifications, workouts and forbearances. Candidates must be able to prioritize and manage transactions, and to be able to work as part of a team.
