Real Estate Staff Attorney:Temp2Perm/Part-Time (MD082920): Our client, a corporation in Montgomery County MD, seeks a Staff Attorney to assist with Timeshare Foreclosures. Would prefer at least 3- 5 years experience with foreclosures but the client is willing to train an attorney who at least possesses transactional Real Estate experience. Candidate must be open and willing to read/participate. Possible that this position could be remote. Hours would likely be 10-20 hours minimum weekly depending upon experience.The staff attorney must be actively licensed in MD with no disciplinary history in any jurisdiction.The selected candidate will be required to clear a background check prior to starting the assignment.
