Our client, a publicly traded provider of software and solutions, is looking to hire an attorney for their growing, global legal department.  Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience with commercial technology agreements and a genuine interest in the intersection of business, technology and the law.  Familiarity with SaaS, licensing and cloud-services agreements is highly preferred.  The additional requirements of professionalism, creativity, and a global mindset, are necessary to thrive in this role.
