Our client, a European-based law firm with offices on the US Coasts, seeks an experienced Attorney to join their Bay Area (San Francisco) team.  This is an exciting, ground-level opportunity for a developing Founder Practice and to be mentored by a highly regarded leader in the space.  The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience counseling clients on executive compensation and employment law matters (in the context of M&A, financings, and other corporate transactions).  Will be providing advice on long-term incentive and deferred compensation; employment, change in control, and severance agreements; and related issues under tax codes 280G & 409A, among other responsibilities.  Compensation and benefits are competitive, and the firm has a terrific reputation.
