Established law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Monmouth County, NJ office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated team player.
Responsibilities:
· 7+ years of defense litigation experience required
· Ability to independently handle & manage, with Partner oversight, all phases of litigation with a caseload of 25 or more litigation matters.
· Draft motions, discovery demands & responses
· Handle court appearances & depositions
· Communicate with clients & provide status reports
