SENIOR ATTORNEY: Corporate Tax
 
Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. is seeking an attorney to work at the level of a senior attorney to join its Health Care and Life Sciences Practice.  Prefer candidates interested in the Newark, New Jersey or New York City office locations, however, will consider candidates in any of the Firm’s existing offices. Candidates should have a minimum of eight years of relevant corporate tax experience.  Candidates should also possess strong academic credentials, have excellent communication and writing skills, have experience with diverse, sophisticated transactional matters, and have advised on structuring business transactions in the most tax-efficient manner.  Candidates should also have significant M&A experience on the buyer side and seller side, including both sellers and management teams, as well as experience with private equity transactions.  Candidates should be very familiar with partnership and LLC structures and agreements and equity incentive agreements.  Candidates must have prior law firm experience, handling corporate tax matters such as formation, acquisition, disposition, and reorganization of business entities and financing needs matters.   Juris Doctorate degree required.
