Capital Markets Associate, 3rd to 5th Year, Elite US Law Firm, São Paulo, Brazil
 
This prestigious US law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its leading capital markets practice based in São Paulo. The role will cover a wide range of both equity and debt US capital markets transactions, with a focus on Brazil and Latin America. This is a premium global law firm with offices in the US, Latin America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
 
The new hire will be working closely with market-leading partners on some of the largest and most complex deals in Latin America.
 
The successful candidate will be NY qualified and have 3 to 4 years of first-rate capital markets experience working on NY-law governed transactions. Previous experience working at an international law firm environment and fluency in Portuguese is essential for this role.
