Are you a banking and projects lawyer looking to relocate to Brazil?
 
This premium global law firm is looking for a banking and projects lawyer to join their São Paulo team. The role will cover a full range of banking and projects matters spanning across domestic and international financings, including project financing, acquisition financings, commodities, trade and export prepayment financings, demerger facilities, investment grade facilities, real estate financings and insurance facilities, acting for borrowers, sponsors and lenders. The firm has a long-standing practice in Brazil and offices in the US, Asia, Middle East and Africa.
 
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant banking and projects experience gained at a well-regarded international law firm. Applicants must be NY qualified and fluent in Portuguese. Some M&A experience and fluency in Spanish would be an advantage although not required.
