PH062420-RE: RE-POSTED: Temp PT or FT (Remote): Attorney for Grant work, commercial contracts and MOUs. Our client, a non-profit educational entity in the Philadelphia area, has an URGENT NEED for an attorney, ranging from 4-8 years in practice, who has solid experience with Grants and, who can also negotiate/draft/review/revise a wide array of contracts, as well as MOUs (Memoranda of Understanding).This is a REMOTE assignment due to Covid-19, for the foreseeable future. It is an open-ended assignment for as long as there is a need and has possibilities.
Actively-licensed PA attorney sought. Must have no disciplinary history in any jurisdiction.
