Desired candidate must have experience with leases (strong preference for experience with bigbox tenant leases), purchase agreements, and development. Preference for candidates with construction and facilities maintenance. Candidates should be graduates of Tier 1 Law Schools and have law firm training. Hired attorney will report to Vice President and Senior Real Estate Counsel.
