Our client’s Corporate Practice seeks an Associate with 3-5 years of post-JD experience in the areas of capital markets, public company and securities law counseling, debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and startups and venture capital financing. Their Corporate Practice is widely recognized for their representation of technology, life sciences, financial services, defense and other regulated industry clients.
 
US qualified attorneys need only apply. Our client will consider attorneys in either their Boston, Denver, Washington, D.C., New York or Palo Alto offices.
