Duane Morris LLP seeks a senior associate or special counsel with 10+ years of health care litigation experience to join its Trial Practice Group. The ideal candidate should have a strong health care background with experience in reimbursement principles (both commercial and governmental) and managed care agreements, and a working knowledge of provider licensure (including mid-level licensing), coding and billing principles. Candidate will possess demonstrated interest and experience in practicing health law and have strong self-starter credentials with superior writing, communication and client relations skills. Experience managing a team and leading litigation is required. Candidate can be resident in Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Miami, New York or Philadelphia along with requisite bar admission in jurisdiction of practice depending on office location.
